Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Additional Friday clinic availability may be accommodated if preferred
• Call responsibilities limited to 1 facility
• Inpatient consult coverage limited to 1 facility

Setting

• Outpatient clinic with infusion services
• Inpatient consult coverage
• Adult patients, age 18+

Support Staff

• APP onsite Tuesday–Thursday
• 4–5 infusion RNs
• Medical Assistant supporting 2 providers
• Phlebotomist
• Scheduler

Responsibilities / Procedures

• General Medical Oncology and Hematology
• Oversight of infusion services
• Management of treatment-related adverse reactions and side effects
• Inpatient oncology consultations

EMR

• Epic
• Beacon treatment and therapy plans

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Medical Oncology/Hematology certification
• Active Wisconsin license
• IMLC Accepted
• 1–2 years of Medical Oncology/Hematology experience required
