Opportunity Highlights
• Schedule: Part-time coverage, 1-2 days per week
• Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic
• Type of Cases: Medical Oncology and Hematology/Oncology
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified/Eligible Medical Oncology
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Licensure: Colorado License or Ability to Obtain
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certification/eligibility based on education and specialty
- Certifications: Valid DEA in applicable state; BLS or ACLS upon hire in an acute care hospital; BLS or ACLS within 90 days of hire in an ambulatory clinic
- Licensure: Valid license to practice the profession in applicable state; MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine; Residency trained in area of specialty
