  • Collaborative oncology/hematology practice
  • Locums-to-perm potential
Assignment Details Start/end: November 2026; ongoing end date to be confirmed Schedule: 4-5 outpatient clinic days/week; preferred 2-4 weeks on-site/month Call: At least 1:4; call week runs Friday 8am-Friday 8am with weekend inpatient rounding Coverage type: Outpatient clinic + inpatient call/rounding Volume: 15-20 patients/day Setting: Adult community oncology and hematology; outpatient clinic with inpatient coverage during call Support: Full-time RN, MA and chemotherapy-certified infusion RNs; not a sole-provider role EMR: Not specified Credentialing: Not specified Clinical Details Required scope: General community medical oncology and hematology Required scope: New and follow-up oncology patients plus benign hematology patients No procedures required Tumor board attendance required during on-site working weeks On-site hospital rounding required during call weekends No pediatric patients Requirements Board certified License: Any state license accepted; OH obtained during credentialing Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice coverage requirement to be confirmed Travel reimbursement available per facility policy
