This highly respected health system is seeking an accomplished oncologist to serve as Cancer Center Medical Director, providing physician leadership to an established 50-year program while helping guide its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity
The Cancer Center Medical Director will work closely with physician, administrative, and executive leadership to help shape the continued development of the cancer program.
Your impact will include:
- Providing physician leadership across an established multidisciplinary oncology program
- Creating greater alignment among physicians, specialties, and cancer-related services
- Influencing the long-term strategy and direction of the program
- Building collaboration across medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical specialties, and other key services
- Supporting physician recruitment, retention, mentorship, and professional development
- Advancing quality, patient experience, clinical collaboration, and program growth
- Identifying opportunities for continued expansion
- Maintaining an appropriate clinical practice while assuming meaningful strategic and administrative leadership responsibilities
