- Duration: Through at least April 2027
- Shift: Mix of outpatient and inpatient coverage with rotating on-call weekends
- Hours per Week: Approx. 20–25 hours on-site + call
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens (potential for permanent opportunity)
- Licensing/Certs: Ohio medical license, BLS
- Experience: General community oncology and hematology experience preferred
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Provide outpatient oncology care and inpatient call coverage
- Support a community-based hematology/oncology practice
- Participate in tumor board meetings during on-site weeks
- Rounding on hospitalized patients during call weekends
- Manage new and follow-up oncology cases, typically 15–20 patients daily
- Collaborate with a full team, including infusion nurses and medical assistants
- Follow established protocols, including chemotherapy supervision (if certified)
Required:
- Ohio medical license (or eligible)
- Board Certified/Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology
- BLS certification
- At least 3 years of oncology experience in a clinical setting
- Ability to participate in inpatient and outpatient care
Preferred:
- Hematology experience
- Experience with complex pediatric cases (not mandatory)
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams
