  • September 19 (Saturday) starting 7am to October 12 (Monday) ending 8am
• Schedule Details: Day OR/Office – after hours call only (APPs take first call); Friday evening - Friday morning but can be super flexible on this (7 day blocks)
• Patient Population/Case Load: OFFICE – 15/20 patients per day, OR as needed; Patient Population/Age: >18
• Case Mix:
  • Academic/Training – Academic hospital – residents assigned to service on rotation
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center - yes
  • Clinic/Private Practice – Medical group practice
  • Hospital

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license or IMLC membership is required
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
