- Dates: September-Ongoing
- Tuesday - Fri provider will work Regular hours - 4 days, Mondays off 8am – 5pm (1hour unpaid lunch).
- Level III Trauma Center, Stroke and Spine Center Designations
- Full Cardiology program with open heart, diagnostic, interventional, EP with cardiac rehab, TAVR, and 30-bed ICU/CCU with 10 beds reserved
- 220+ bed regional hospital with additional beds in observation, mother/baby, ER, and other units
- 3,200 employees and 150 volunteers
- 200 physicians in specialties and sub-specialties
- 166 nurse practitioners and physician assistants employed
- Certifications: IN license or IMLC, ACLS, BLS
