Coverage Details
-- Assignment Duration: 9-12 months

Shift Details
-- Monday - Thursday (3 days will be considered)
-- 1 week per month coverage needed
Requirements
-- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
-- Licensed in Oregon
-- Residency/Fellowship required
-- BLS required
-- DEA required during credentialing
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Bone marrow biopsies
Assignment Details
-- Outpatient clinic setting only
-- 15-18 patients per day
-- 1–3 consults per week
-- EMR: ECW (eClinicalWorks) and Meditech
-- Support staff includes Hemoc trained ARNP and nurses
-- Direct hospital-based outpatient care and chemotherapy program director/provider
-- Reason for coverage: provider retirement December 31, 2026
