Position Highlights
• Balanced Monday-Friday schedule built for a sustainable, long-term career
• Light 1:5 shared call preserves real work/life balance
• Flexible clinical scope — practice general Hem/Onc or lean into subspecialty interests
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists in a collegial, high-functioning cancer program
• Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive evergreen base salary with uncapped productivity incentives
• Proven earning potential exceeding $1M annually
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend, plus extensive student loan forgiveness
• Full benefits package: paid relocation, 6 weeks PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and more
