Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Medical Oncologist to join a well-established and growing oncology program. The incoming physician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical oncologists, a radiation oncologist, and advanced practice providers in a modern, patient-focused environment.

This opportunity is ideal for both experienced physicians and recently trained fellows looking to build and grow a practice in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for oncology patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated cancer care.

  • Oversee and manage infusion therapies and coordinate with hospital-based services.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

  • Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.

  • Participate in practice growth and development initiatives.

  • Stay current with advancements in oncology treatments and clinical practices.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree required.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (ABIM).

  • Completion of an accredited Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship program.

  • Eligible for or active Wisconsin medical license.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
