- Starting: July 2026 Ongoing - Dec 2026 with potential for additional coverage through July 2027
- Board Certification in Medical Oncology, Hematology/Oncology or Hematology only
- PA license or IMLC with LOQ
- 2 weeks per month for at least 4-6 months
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
- Average 14-16 patients per day
- Epic: EMR
