- Schedule: 24-hour call responsibilities; weekend and evening call ratio is 1:4 to 1:5, with normal business hours from 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- License: An active Colorado state license is required
- EMR: Epic
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: Provider to see 12–16 patients per day, covering 2–3 calls at night as needed, managing new consults and follow-up oncology and hematology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clinic oversight, prescribing chemotherapy, and overseeing inpatient service with APP support and a shortened outpatient clinic schedule supported by APP and Nurse Navigation. Responsibilities include overnight and 24-hour call coverage, weekend and evening call ratio of 1:4 to 1:5, hospital rounding service, and clinic visits with a shortened schedule. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics, with emergency medicine coverage at Trauma Level II. No telemedicine or homecare privileges are required, and no specific procedures are needed as IR performs bone marrow biopsies. Top desired skills include excellent communication and strong clinic experience with solid tumor and benign/malignant hematology.

Job Responsibilities
