- Admissions:15-20 (to Coordinate with Hospitalists)
- Support Staff: -1 Clinic RN,2 Medical Assistants,2 Front Office Clerks,1 Quality Analyst/Billing Specialist,10 Infusion RNs
- Case Mix: Oncology/Hematology, All tumor types
- Procedures & Duties: -Diagnose, stage, and manage hematology and oncology conditions -Provide precision medicinebased treatment planning -Manage symptoms and oversee treatment for hematology/oncology patients -Provide physician oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services -Remain onsite in the Infusion Center during treatments -Coordinate care with ER physicians -Chemotherapy administration -Immunotherapy treatments -Blood and platelet transfusions -Hormone therapy -Antibiotic therapy -Rheumatoid arthritis injections -Therapeutic phlebotomies

Requirements:
- Active CA License
- BC/BE in Hematology or Oncology
- Self-Query NPDB report
- DEA
- ACLS PALS
