- Shift: M-F 8:30a-4:30p
- Availability: 4 week availability each month, with 4 days of availability each week - must be able to work for at least 6 month initial contract
- Call Schedule: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
- Call Ratio: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks

- What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine

- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20

- Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
