Job Responsibilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy
• Monitor treatment response and adjust protocols as needed
• Manage side effects and provide supportive oncology care
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, oncology nurses, and advanced practice providers
• Educate and counsel patients and families throughout the cancer journey
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and adhere to evidence-based oncology guidelines
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited residency and fellowship training
• Active Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Clean malpractice history
• Strong commitment to patient-centered cancer care
