As a key provider, you will oversee outpatient chemotherapy and infusion treatments, collaborate with a dedicated support staff, and manage a diverse range of hematology and oncology cases. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., you'll enjoy a predictable workweek while contributing to a critical healthcare facility. The role requires hospital consults with call and the ability to work directly with ER physicians or hospitalists for admissions, ensuring seamless patient care.

Required Skills:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Proven experience in outpatient chemotherapy, infusion services, and hematology/oncology case management
- Proficiency with EMR systems: iKnowmed and Cerner
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage hospital consults efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within hospital-based infusion centers
- Familiarity with diverse tumor types and precision medicine approaches
- Previous experience in a solo provider role
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Doctor (MD) with active licensure in California
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Prior experience as a practicing hematologist/oncologist in outpatient and hospital settings
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing with relevant facilities (requires 30-60 days)
- Active malpractice insurance coverage
- Availability to start between February 7-20, 2026, with ongoing schedule flexibility
- Must be in good standing with all necessary licenses and certifications
- Must have or obtain applicable billing enrollment if providing services in lieu of an enrolled provider for less than 60 days
