Aya Healthcare is seeking a Hematology/Oncology specialist for a full-time 1099 contract in Beckley, WV. This role offers consistent clinic flow, dependable support staff, and a steady inpatient call rotation. Beckley is known for its calm pace, friendly community, and strong regional medical presence that supports surrounding rural areas.
Job Details
- Start date: May 1, 2026
- Contract length: 1 year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic, 8:00–4:30
- Call: Inpatient call every 3rd week
- Coverage: Must be available at least 3 weeks per month
Work Details
- Setting: Community-based cancer center
- Support staff: Nurses, CMA, APP
- Patients per day: ~15
- Patient population: Adults 18+
- EMR: Cerner
- Special procedure: Bone marrow biopsy
Requirements
- Board certification required
- West Virginia license required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, Oncology fellowship
- DEA required
- Minimum experience: 3–5 years
