- Date: April 15 - ongoing
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- 1 in 6 weekend hospital call coverage
- Patient Volume: average 10-14 per shift
- 85% office/clinic, 15% hospital
- 25% hematology, 75% oncology
- Support Staff: 2 APP, 1 clinic RN, 2 MAs, 1 front desk, 2 schedulers
- EMR: Epic/Beacon
- Requirements: WA license or IMLC, BC
- Credentialing: 90 days
