Details/Requirements:
--Starting as soon as credentialing is complete.
--Three days/week outpatient clinic, 8am-4:30pm.
--Provider can choose which 3 days is best for them!
--Oncology and a significant number of Hematology patients.
--Approximately 13-18 patients per day including new consults.
--Double Boarded Oncology and Hematology.
--EPIC.
--Open to licensing for Ohio.
--Creds 30-45 days or less!
