Opportunity Highlights:
- One-stop, fully integrated oncology center with radiation, infusion, imaging, surgery & research
- Established patient base—no need to build a book of business
- Collaborative team support including NP/PA, MA, schedulers & navigation services

- 4.5-day clinical workweek with a Friday early finish

Compensation Package:
- $500K Plus Base Salary
- Productivity Incentive- $100 per wRVU earned
- 7,500 plus wRVUs opportunity

Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology
- 3–5 years preferred experience (new grads considered)
- Interest in community-based oncology with academic access
- California medical license (or ability to secure one)
