This opportunity offers full-time or 3 days per week coverage with a mix of outpatient clinic, infusion coverage, morning inpatient rounds, and one week per month of hospital call, including weekends and evenings.

Job Details
- Location: Ohio

- Provider Type Needed: Medical Oncologist
- Schedule: 3 days per week, 8am-5pm; weekday on call 8am-5pm plus evening call; weekend call 8am-8am, once per month
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct morning inpatient rounds prior to clinic
- Provide outpatient office and infusion coverage
- Write chemotherapy orders; oversee administration by nursing staff
- Be available for phone consults regarding infusion questions or patient reactions
- Manage minimal inpatient consults during work hours
- Handle weeknight and weekend call for assigned patients (primarily by phone; in-person for weekend calls)
- Collaborate with two other Oncologists and an Advanced Practice Provider in the office
- Manage infusion coverage via phone and EPIC in-basket on weekends
Additional Information
- Board Certification required in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Must hold a valid Ohio medical license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
