Medical Oncology - Hematology Physician Opportunity at IU Health Medical Group, Bedford, IN
Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join its team in Bedford, Indiana. This full-time clinical role offers a rewarding mix of oncology (70%) and hematology (30%) across inpatient and outpatient settings, with access to two satellite clinics.
Position Highlights:
- 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient
- Provide inpatient and outpatient Oncology/ Hematology care for adult patients.
- FT, Monday – Friday (36 patients facing hours plus 4 hours admin time)
- Shared call rotation with six physicians
- Comprehensive team of nurse practitioners with support from OCN nurses, nurse navigation, and Oncology Pharmacists.
- On-site infusion center providing both infusion and transfusion
- Opportunities for involvement in research and clinical trials, and participation in tumor board locally and regionally.
- CoC accredited hospital
