Oncology Physician

This facility is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing
- Practice Setting: Clinic Setting
- Type of cases and required procedures: Duties include consults, weekly chemotherapy visits, inpatient consultations, and calls.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days
- Certifications required: Board certified and Basic Life support
- State Licensure: Arizona
