Join a leading regional Cancer Institute as the Chief of Oncology and help guide a rapidly expanding, research-driven cancer program in the South. This rare leadership opportunity offers the chance to oversee a multidisciplinary oncology team, shape system-wide strategy, and play a key role in the development of a brand-new state-of-the-art Cancer Institute — all while earning top-dollar compensation.

Opportunity Highlights

Leadership + Clinical Balance: Shape strategy while maintaining a meaningful clinical practice

Team Oversight: Lead 12 oncologists (solid tumor + heme malignancy) and 3+ APPs

No Routine Call for the Chief role

Strong Infrastructure: Dedicated APP, RN, and scribe support | Epic EMR

Research Expansion: CAR-T, cell therapy, and robust clinical trial programs

New Cancer Institute: Brand-new $65M–$100M facility opening within ~18 months
