🌟 Oncologist (Physician) – Med/Onc Opportunity 🌟
📍 Location: Beaufort, South Carolina 29902
🩺 About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist to join a thriving Med/Onc department on a flexible schedule. This is an excellent locum opportunity offering stability, ongoing coverage, and the chance to make a lasting impact in patient care.
Position Highlights:
✅ Schedule: 3–4 days per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
✅ Patient Load: 7–15 patients per day
✅ Setting: General Medical Oncology
✅ Support: 1 APP in clinic (no supervision required)
✅ No on-call duties
✅ Must hold an ACTIVE South Carolina Medical License
Requirements:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified
- Completed Fellowship in Oncology or related specialty
- Clean background for temp privileges
💼 Schedule & Contract Details:
- Flexible schedule with OT available after 8 hours daily or 168 hours weekly (based on fixed structure)
- No trauma level environment
- In-person only (no telehealth)
📅 Start Date:
As soon as credentialed. Ongoing coverage until a permanent hire is made
