Job description
Medical Oncologist to provide outpatient oncology care. The provider will manage a diverse patient panel and collaborate with an APP for clinical support. No inpatient responsibilities or call coverage.
START DATE: Nov 3, 2025 *Will grant temps for Nov 3 start - Must have clear background*
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: Open - Ongoing until FTE is hired

SCOPE OF WORK:
- Provide general medical oncology care
- See 7–15 patients per day
- Work alongside 1 APP in the clinic (APP will not be supervised by locum physician)
- Patient volume: 7–15 per day
- Support: 1 APP in clinic
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage oncology patients
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate care
- Document accurately in EPIC
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Complete hospital compliance modules
- Participate in credentialing and onboarding processes
Qualifications
Working Hours
3–4 days per week
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch
No on-call
