Job description
Seeking a dedicated Locum Physician – Medical Oncologist to provide ongoing coverage until a permanent hire is made. The physician will manage general medical oncology cases and collaborate with one Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the clinic. Temporary privileges can be granted for a November 3rd start date, provided the candidate has a clear background and an active South Carolina medical license in hand.
Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 7–15 patients per day.
• Collaborate with the APP in the clinic (no supervision required).
• Deliver comprehensive and compassionate oncology care in accordance with facility standards.
Qualifications
• Active South Carolina medical license required.
• Clear professional background and eligibility for temporary privileges.
• Prior experience in general oncology preferred.
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Skills
