OSF Healthcare is launching a groundbreaking 25-oncologist program, fueled by a billion-dollar philanthropic investment and a dynamic collaboration with the University of Illinois system. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of oncology through a robust focus on Phase 1 & 2 clinical trials.
The Highlights:
- Oncology position with ability to subspecialize exclusively in one to two organ sites or ability to practice broad community style practice if preferred.
- A dedicated Malignant Hematology program is currently being developed as a separate service line. Experienced hematologists are encouraged to express interest and help shape its future.
- Become a key contributor to Phase 1 & 2 clinical trials - dedicated research time is available
- Optional academic faculty appointment, access to basic science lab, and grants partnering with University of Illinois system - the largest medical school system in the US
- New $250 million, state-of-the-art cancer center with EPIC EMR
- Salaries start at $600K for new grads + Generous Sign-On + Clinical Trial Stipends
- Reasonable patient volumes with the autonomy to build the practice you want - 4 clinic days per week
- Full health benefits, relocation assistance, CME allowance and PTO
- Join a rapidly expanding program: practicing oncologists, 2026, and 2027 fellows are encouraged to apply
