Join Our Team as a Medical Oncologist in Coos Bay, OR

We are looking for passionate Medical Oncologists and/or Hematologists to join our renowned cancer center, which serves as a primary hub for top-tier cancer care across the southern coast of Oregon. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a free-standing cancer center.
- See an average of 10-15 patients per day, focusing on a demographic of roughly 20% Hematology and 80% Oncology.
- Collaborate with an outstanding nurse infusion team and benefit from onsite services, including a mixing pharmacy and a 19-chair infusion room.
- Participate in a 1:4 call schedule, primarily handling critical lab calls.
- Engage in leading-edge clinical trials and ongoing training with affiliations to Oregon Health & Sciences University.
- Foster a family-oriented environment, contributing to a community with top-rated schools and neighborhoods.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
- Experience in Radiation Oncology is preferred.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Passion for patient care and community involvement.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
- Current or eligible for an Oregon medical license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Clean malpractice history and background.
- Completion of the NPDB self-query report.
