  • Chemotherapy services planned to launch in early 2026

  • Access to infusion/chemo services in the affiliated Santa Rosa clinic

  • Flexible Nurse Practitioner support

  • Patient panel: 1,500–2,000 with varied acuity

  • Daily volume: 15–16 patients

  • Must be comfortable working independently in a solo-provider outpatient setting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Oncology

  • Valid California medical license or ability to obtain one

  • Prior solo practice, rural medicine, or leadership experience preferred

  • Confident, self-starter with interest in building or leading services

  • Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating across sites

Licensure & Certification Requirements (Must Have or Be Willing to Obtain Upon Hire):

  • MD or DO (California)

  • DEA & Controlled Substance Registration

  • BLS, ACLS, NRP

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Oncology

Benefits & Employment Details:

  • Non-union environment

  • Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure

  • Opportunity to make a lasting impact on cancer care in an underserved area

Pay Range: $207.70 – $337.98/hour (base hourly equivalent)
Annualized salary ranges from $500,000 to $700,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and structure of workweek.

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early. A locum-to-perm trial period is available, with overlapping coverage in place to ensure a smooth handoff from the current physician, who plans to transition out by December 2025.
