- Schedule: M-F, 8a-5pm M-Th, Closed for lunch 12-1, Friday 8-12pm
- No call
- Only Clinic unless patient is in the hospital
- Looking for someone willing to see high volume of patients and occasional hospital consults
- Active AZ license candidates or providers with IMLC certifications required
