Medical Oncologist opening in NY Located in Elmira Full Time and Permanent Position We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time BC/BE Medical Oncologist (MD/DO) to join our growing team. Our dedicated specialists provide a comprehensive range of cancer treatments, palliative care, and supportive services. We pride ourselves on delivering timely and expert care, continually advancing cancer treatment in our community. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical care for patients with a focus on solid tumor oncology. Participate in a multidisciplinary tumor board conference. Lead and engage in clinical trials within your area of expertise. Work collaboratively within a multisite medical practice, with Radiation Oncology services available on-site. Mentor junior faculty transitioning from fellowship. Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, including 1-3 consultations. Maintain a balanced schedule with 4 clinic days and 1 administrative day, Monday through Friday, with weekend call (1/6). Practice Features: Access to state-of-the-art facilities, including a Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator with SBRT capabilities. On-site laboratory services to support patient care. Participation in a growing clinical trials program. Income Details / Benefits: Highly competitive salary ranging from $550,000 to $625,000. Generous PTO allowance.
