  • Leadership Responsibilities: - Oversee program growth, quality, safety, and clinical innovation - Support development of people and enhance academic and faculty affairs - Drive patient service excellence and financial stewardship
  • Team Collaboration: - Work alongside genetic counselors, oncology specialists, and other healthcare providers - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the genetics division and oncology programs
