- Cover 2 clinics (not in the same day)
Schedule
- 3 days/week
- 2 days at 1st clinic and 1 day at 2nd clinic
- Mon - Fri
- 8a - 5p
Clinical Details
- Clinic coverage for solid tumor with high emphasis in breast and secondary Melanoma
- 100% adult clinic
- Lab and x-ray onsite
- Number of exam rooms: 2
Requirements
- Must do Breast and Melanoma
- Active AZ License or IMLC
- Fellowship - Preferred
- Board Certified
- BLS
Support Staff
- 1 PA
- 12 NPs
