Locums – Celina, Ohio, Oncology Opening (Willing to accept those needing to obtain license) Clinical Role:

    • ASAP – Ongoing Need
    • Start date of 6/1 is preferred
    • Provider can work full time at either of two facilities or can split time between the two facilities. Client would prefer a locum to perm candidate
    • Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient, Free-Standing Cancer Center
    • Schedule: 8-4:30 Monday-Friday
    • Weekend Requirements: Call collaboration with midlevel providers
    • Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
    • 80% oncology, 20% hematology (midlevel’s handle most of the hematology)
    • 3 days at one of the facilities offices (M-W), if FT is preferred, then Thursday and Friday would be at the other facility
    • 3 Physicians, 3 APPs in Practice
    • Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient (Clinic/Office): 14-15
    • Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call/Rounding): 1-5
    • Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
    • Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2
    • Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist
    • EMR: Epic
    • Required Duties/Procedures:
      • Participation on a Tumor Board
      • Orders Tests
      • Orders Images
      • Prescribes
      • Blood Bank
      • Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
    • Board Certified - Required
    • OH License & DEA - Highly preferred, willing to accept candidates needing to obtain license
    • BLS Certified - Required
    • Flu Shot - Required
    • COVID Vaccination - Highly preferred
