Provider can work FULL TIME at either Celina OR Lima, or can split time between the two facilities. Client would prefer a locum to perm candidate!
One of our clients is West, OH. needs assistance with a Medical Oncology locum to perm tenens coverage. Here are some of the details.
Location: West, OH.
Coverage Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
Schedule: 8-4:30 Monday-Friday
Practice Details: Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, 80% oncology, 20% hematology (midlevels handle most of the hematology). 3 days at Celina office (M-W), if FT is preferred, then Thursday and Friday would be at Lima center. Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 14-15. Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 1-5.
Required Procedures: Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Image, Prescribes, Blood Bank, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient, Free-Standing Cancer Center
EMR: EPIC, Trauma Level 2
Must be OH licensed, DEA, BLS, Board Certified. Flu Shot (REQUIRED) COVID-19 (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
