Join a state-of-the-art, 400-bed hospital system in an outpatient Hem/Onc role. This award-winning system opened their own Cancer Center in 2007 and offers patients a 'one stop shop' for all of their Hematology and Oncology treatments. This opportunity offers excellent income potential of between $800-900,000 per year as well as a nice quality of life with a 4-day work week.
The Position:
• This state-of-the-art Cancer Center has 18 infusion chairs, a Patient Navigation Program, Tumor Board, and allows you to have your own MA, Nurse Navigator and 1 NP per Physician
• Practice alongside 3 other MD's and 4 NP's
• 100% outpatient position allows for a 4-day work week
• Award-winning, 400-bed hospital offers access to strong specialty support and efficient referral system
• Compensation package includes a Base Guarantee up to $550,000, Sign-on/Relocation package, Full Benefits, 6 weeks of PTO, and more
• Earning potential is over $800,000 with wRVU production and quality of life incentive bonuses; top performing physicians are making between $850-900,000 annually
