Join an award-winning, 50-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Southern Colorado in a 100% outpatient hem/onc role. This is a quality-of-life position with no call, no inpatient responsibility, and a 4-day work week.
The Position:
• 100% outpatient position, work alongside 1 experienced physician
• No call schedule, no inpatient responsibility, no weekends
• Option for part-time (0.50-.0.75 FTE)
• Quality of life position with low patient volumes and flexible 4-day work week
• Compensation includes a Base Salary between $625-650,000 with incentives into the $750,000 range
• Sign-on up to $100,000, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, PTO, CME
• Hospital is open to contract length anywhere from 1-4 years
