Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Location: Michigan and Milwaukee
- Job Setting: Outpatient only
- Schedule: a.) One week (five days) in person per month; and b.) One week (five days) of telehealth/remote coverage
- Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 60 days; may vary based on provider background
- Can apply to Michigan license if needed
- Must be Board-Certified in Hematology/Oncology
