· UC and Occupational Medicine Clinic

· 95% Occ Med and 5% UC

· Must be Board Certified

· See 25 - 28 patients daily

· Expect DOT physicals, immigration physicals, orthopedic injuries, lacerations, corneal abrasions, foreign bodies, suturing, drug screens/exams, interfacing w/ client companies, identifying health risks in the work place, determining work relatedness of disorders, consulting with patients to improve safety occupational health issues and disability.

· Strong procedural skills required

· EMR – Chart source

· DOT certificate is required

· Looking for perm candidates to start ASAP

· Clinic is open 24 hour 7 days a week.

Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Leadership that focuses on people development, specifically mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues to increase performance and retention
Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management
Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing
Create appropriate treatment environment throughout center that is compliant with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
Medical degree from accredited university
Board Certification in Primary care or Emergency Medicine
Occupational Medicine experience preferred
ACLS Certified preferred
Minimum of five years of directly applicable experience preferred
