Near Monterey, CA
Overview:
Our occupational medicine practice near Monterey is seeking a Physician to evaluate and treat work-related injuries and support workplace health initiatives. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Competitive salary: $250,000–300,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat occupational and work-related injuries
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient recovery
- Perform pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty examinations
- Collaborate with employers to support workplace health and safety initiatives
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and health promotion strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active California medical license
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine or a related specialty
- DOT certification required, or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
