Work Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed 1/08/2027 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am- 5pm
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Must be able to suture and become DOT certified prior to start
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted OH license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
EMR: AllScripts
Pay Rate: $135/hr. Rate is all inclusive
