Salary: $216,000–$302,400
Plus: Up to $100,000 Sign-On Bonus | Loan Repayment | 4-Day Work Week | $2K Mortgage Assistance
Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary care to underserved communities in beautiful Northern California.

Schedule Details
- 4-day work week with 20% administrative time
- Monday–Friday schedule (typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- No routine nights or weekends
- Supportive, collaborative clinical environment
- Virtual interview followed by an all-expenses-paid on-site visit
Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active (or eligible) California medical license
- DEA license (or eligible)
- Primary care or FQHC experience preferred
