Overview:
We are seeking a Physician in Occupational Medicine to deliver high-quality care to employees and support workplace health programs. This role includes managing workers’ compensation cases, providing wellness education, and collaborating with safety teams in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Conduct pre-employment and periodic physical exams
Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
Manage workers’ compensation documentation and communication

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations
Participate in quality improvement programs
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
California medical license or eligibility
Experience in occupational health and workers’ compensation preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
