Job Title: Occupational Medicine Physician
Locations: King City, CA and Soledad, CA
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine Physician to join our teams in King City and Soledad, CA. This 100% office-based role involves providing care to adult patients (18+) from partnered companies who have experienced workplace injuries. There is no hospital work and no overnight call.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational medicine assessments and develop treatment plans for work-related injuries
- Perform pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty evaluations
- Collaborate with management to implement workplace health and safety programs
- Advise on injury prevention, health promotion, and workplace safety strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Stay current on occupational health regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with valid California medical license
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine or a related field
- Knowledge of occupational health regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- New graduates must demonstrate a specific interest in Occupational Medicine
