Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
Scope of Work: Workplace Injuries
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified Occ Med highly preferred. Open to candidates BC in Emergency Med, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care IF they have previous experience in Occ Med/Worker's Comp. Active CO license, BLS and DEA. DOT Certified OR willing to obtain within 60 days
EMR: Systoc
