We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Occupational Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide onsite care at a large manufacturing facility in Arlington, Texas. This role focuses on workplace injury evaluation, OSHA-related care, and return-to-work management in a structured, non-acute setting.
This is a stable, weekday-only opportunity with no nights, weekends, or call.

Clinical Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat on-the-job workplace injuries
• Manage OSHA-related cases and documentation
• Perform return-to-work evaluations and issue work restrictions
• Conduct fitness-for-duty and causation determinations
• Collaborate on best practices, safety protocols, ergonomics, and injury prevention
• Review medical documentation and support compliance initiatives within the plant

Requirements
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Texas medical license (active)
• BLS required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience (Occupational Medicine strongly preferred)
• True Occupational Medicine experience required
(Urgent care–only backgrounds will not be considered)
• Experience with OSHA guidelines and workplace injury management
• Must be local to the Arlington, TX area
