Job description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based medical care, collaborate across disciplines, and play a key role in promoting patient wellness and clinical excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care in accordance with best clinical practices.

Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.

Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Manage chronic conditions, perform preventive health screenings, and educate patients on wellness and lifestyle management.

Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.

Partner with department leaders and administrative teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

Board Certification: Required in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical or occupational health setting.
