Providence is seeking an experienced, board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine physician to join a well-established clinic in Lacey, Washington. Provide comprehensive occupational health services, including:

  • Injured worker care covered by WA L&I, self-insured, and worker compensation insurers
  • DOT physicals and pre-employment exams
  • Drug screens and occupational health client services
  • Manage cases such as musculoskeletal injuries, acute injury care, chemical/BBP exposures, and traumatic injuries
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care coordination Position Details:
  • Weekdays only schedule
  • 4,10-hour shifts schedule (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
  • No call, no weekends
  • Compensation is between $299,646 and $337,524 per year
  • Potential productivity and quality incentives, CME, Relocation, and Sign-On The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Board certification or eligibility required
  • Must be comfortable with injury care, occupational exams (including DOT), and drug testing
  • Willingness to become a certified DOT examiner and DOT Medical Review Officer
  • 1 to 2 years of Occupational Medicine experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to care coordination and teamwork
  • Passion for contributing to clinic growth and development

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region. With more than 300 employed medical providers in 22 specialties, the group offers highly coordinated care for patients by using a shared EMR system.
