- Work Dates Needed: As soon as Credentialed thru 2/27/2026
- Preferred Schedule: 3-4 DAYS A WEEK - 8am-5pm (M-F)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted KY license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert preferred.
